We regularly review our policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with data protection legislation and to safeguard the rights of individuals whose information we hold.
To support compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, The Bluebell MAT continually reviews its processes and procedures and takes appropriate steps to maintain the security and accuracy of personal data.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The Bluebell MAT has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The DPO provides advice on data protection matters, monitors compliance across the Trust, and acts as a point of contact for individuals and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
